Panasonic Aircon Servicing & Repair in Singapore

Servicing. Repair. Maintenance. Installation. Established in Singapore

WeiWei Aircon has serviced Panasonic air conditioners in Singapore for over 30 years. From a single R32 inverter unit in an HDB flat to multi-split and VRF systems in commercial buildings, our technicians know every Panasonic generation sold here – and same-day slots are available island-wide.

Panasonic is one of the most common aircon brands in Singapore homes, which means we work on Panasonic units every single day. Whatever yours is doing wrong, we’ve almost certainly fixed it before.

Our Panasonic Aircon Servicing Solutions

Panasonic General Servicing — Filter, blower and drainage cleaning, coil inspection, and a cooling performance check. Routine aircon servicing every three months is what keeps a Panasonic unit efficient in Singapore’s humidity.

Panasonic Chemical Wash & Overhaul — When cooling stays weak or smells persist after a general service, the coils need a chemical wash. Heavily clogged units get a full overhaul: dismantled, soaked, scrubbed part by part.

Panasonic Gas Top-Up — We test for leaks before topping up R32 or R410A refrigerant. A top-up without a leak check is money down the drain — we don’t do that to our customers.

Panasonic Aircon Repair — Blinking timer light, compressor faults, PCB failures, sensor errors – most repairs are diagnosed and completed in one visit.

Panasonic Installation & Replacement — If a repair no longer makes financial sense, we’ll say so honestly and quote a replacement installation instead.

Panasonic Models We Service

Every Panasonic aircon sold in Singapore: the current R32 inverter single-split series, multi-split systems, ceiling cassettes, older non-inverter units still running strong, and ECOi VRF systems in commercial premises. We also clean and check nanoe-X filtration components as part of servicing, so you keep the air-quality benefits you paid for.

Common Panasonic Problems We Fix

Timer light blinking — Panasonic’s built-in fault alarm. The blink pattern points to a specific fault; don’t keep restarting the unit. Tell us on WhatsApp that the timer light is blinking and we’ll diagnose it on site.

Panasonic aircon not cold — Dirty coils, low refrigerant, or a compressor issue. We find the actual cause before quoting.

Water dripping from the indoor unit — Almost always a clogged drain line. Fixed with a chemical flush; a chemical wash prevents it coming back.

Error codes on the display — Common Panasonic codes we handle: H11 (indoor–outdoor communication fault), H14 (intake air sensor), H99 (anti-frost protection – often a refrigerant or airflow issue), F90 (compressor drive) and F97 (compressor overheating). Send us the code when you book.

Unit icing up or short-cycling — Usually refrigerant pressure or airflow. Switch the unit off and call us – running it in this state risks the compressor.

Looking for the Panasonic Service Centre?

One honest clarification: WeiWei is an independent aircon specialist, not Panasonic’s official service centre. If your unit is still under manufacturer’s warranty, contact Panasonic Singapore’s official customer care first – warranty repairs belong with the manufacturer. And note that we service air conditioners only, not Panasonic fridges, microwaves or other appliances.

Out of warranty? That’s where we come in: faster scheduling, honest quotes, and 30+ years of Panasonic aircon experience – usually at a fraction of the cost.

Why Singapore Chooses WeiWei for Panasonic Servicing

  1. 30+ years of hands-on Panasonic aircon experience across every series
  2. Same-day service available island-wide
  3. Workmanship warranty on every job (30–60 days depending on service type)
  4. Diagnosis first, quote second — no upselling a chemical wash you don’t need
  5. Residential and commercial — HDB, condo, landed, office and retail VRF

How Often Should You Service a Panasonic Aircon?

Every 3 months for daily home use, monthly for commercial use. Panasonic units handle Singapore’s climate well, but clogged filters and drain lines don’t care about the brand — regular servicing is what gets a unit past 10 years. FAQs

Do you service all Panasonic aircon models?

Yes — every model sold in Singapore, from the latest R32 inverters to older discontinued series, plus multi-split and commercial VRF systems.

Why is my Panasonic aircon's timer light blinking?

It’s Panasonic’s fault indicator — the unit has detected a problem and logged an error code. Don’t keep power-cycling it; book a diagnosis and we’ll read the code on site.

How much does Panasonic aircon servicing cost?

It depends on unit count and what your unit actually needs. WhatsApp us your unit count and symptoms, and you’ll get a firm quote before any work begins.

Are you the official Panasonic service centre?

No — we’re an independent specialist with 30+ years of Panasonic aircon experience. For in-warranty units, go to Panasonic’s official centre; for everything else, we’re typically faster and more economical.

My Panasonic aircon is leaking water - is that serious?

It’s the most common Panasonic complaint and usually just a blocked drain line. Left alone, though, it can damage your wall and the unit — book a drain flush early.
